To learn basics of "Visual Composer" plugin, please download this "Visual Composer Documentation.zip" file by clicking here.
After download, unzip on your PC and run "start.html". It will be open in browser.
Visual Composer is an external service and the plugin is developed by third party developers. They have already provided very good documentation.
